Program Name and Description
These terms cover the Vegas Flooring Outlet Customer Care Text Messages program, operated by Vegas Flooring Outlet LLC. Texts come from (702) 685-8880 or (702) 553-1111.
When you opt in, we may text you about:
- Replies to your inquiry or estimate request
- Scheduling, confirming, and reminding you about estimate, measurement, and installation appointments
- Your purchase, order, delivery, and project updates
- Customer support questions
This is a customer care program only. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How to Opt In
You can opt in only on our website, on these request forms:

Above the Submit button, each form has one optional checkbox. It is unchecked by default and you do not have to check it to send the form. The checkbox reads:
“Yes, I agree to receive SMS from Vegas Flooring Outlet about this inquiry, estimate, appointments, purchases, project updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
Links to our Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms appear right below the checkbox and the Submit button. When you check the box and submit the form, you agree to receive Customer Care text messages at the mobile number you entered. You must be the account holder or authorized user of that number.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. If you leave the box unchecked, we will contact you only by phone call or email.

How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further text messages. To rejoin, reply START or check the SMS box on one of the forms above again.

Carriers and Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is available on participating U.S. mobile carriers, and delivery depends on carrier and network availability.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with service providers that help us deliver the messages (such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers), and only for that purpose.
